Our Boulevard (Under Construction)

Plot from my life again. Our apartment building stands on the street that was recently officially named “boulevard” (before it was called “projected street”). I used to walk my dog there. We were glad to know about the new name and began to wait for new green spaces (a boulevard is supposed to be “green”). But the local authorities were not in a hurry to plant the trees. They built a parking instead. The local inhabitants tried to prevent that by planting some trees (they insisted on the “boulevard” thing). The authorities replied by building another parking (even after that our neighborhood still lacks parkings, thanks to “great” planning). Some time passed and they started to dig the ground and build underground communications. While we wait for this to end, I have to walk my dog literally on the construction site.
